Delivery Policy

For cards ordered as part of a project, we aim to dispatch your cards to the school approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your artwork or orders, though this cannot be guaranteed.

For all other customers we aim to process and dispatch your order within 5 working days.

Your cards will be dispatched to you by first class post or courier.

Once dispatched, we do not hold liability for guaranteed delivery times or dates as this will vary depending on the service provider.

We will however endeavor to work with our service providers to ensure that we try our best to meet your delivery requirements.

It is vitally important that you keep us informed of your holiday/closure dates.

We take great care in preparing our parcels for delivery but should your parcel arrive damaged, please inform the delivery agent upon receipt and make a note when signing for the package. Please note that when you sign for your delivery, you are accepting the condition of the parcel, unless you specify otherwise.

Please inform us if your parcel has been noted as damaged on delivery.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will love your cards but we ask that upon delivery, you carefully check them and inform us of any errors immediately.

If you receive sample cards with your project, unless we are informed of any errors, or changes to be made, the ordered cards will be printed exactly the same as the sample cards.

If there is an error on the card and it is our mistake, we will amend and reprint the card(s) for you.

If the error is not our mistake, we will consider amending and reprinting the card(s) at our discretion.

If you request an alteration through the ordering system on our website, the cards will be printed from the altered design as instructed. Upon completion of your order; before progressing to the checkout; you will be asked to agree to our Terms and conditions, whereby we hold no liability for any errors on the altered design and the cost of any corrections or reprints would have to be covered by the customer. We will retain the original design on our system for reference .

Please note that due to the scanning and printing process we cannot guarantee that printed cards will have an exact colour match to your submitted design. We want to make your cards as beautiful for you as possible and we may enhance colours and contrasts to show your design in its best light by making them darker or lighter.
